Saturday Worship Services
  o 5:30 pm Saturday Eventide Eucharist using Holden Evening Prayer, Unfailing Light, or settings from the new Evangelical Lutheran Worship book -- service does celebrate Holy Communion weekly
Sunday Worship Services
o 8:30 & 10:00 am, Summer Schedule (June, July and August -- all services celebrate Holy Communion)
o 8:30 & 11:00 am, September - May, all services celebrate Holy Communion
Sunday School (for all ages)
o 9:45-10:45 am  (held September - May, off during the summer)
Nursery Care
o Nursery care is available for children ages three years and under at both Sunday services and during Sunday School. An usher can guide you to the location.
Location and Directions
St. Paul’s Lutheran Church is located at the corner of Cornwallis and Pickett Roads in the Southwest Durham area. If you use Mapquest to get directions, sometimes they will bring you in through the Research Triangle Park on Cornwallis Road - not a good way, very confusing.

Easiest way from the east or west is to take I-40 to the 15-501 exit. Get off and go towards Durham, not Chapel Hill. Stay on 15-501 towards Duke and get off on Cornwallis Road, come down the ramp and turn right onto Cornwallis Road. Go one mile, go through the 751/Academy Road intersection, go one block, and St. Paul's is on your left. You can enter off of Cornwallis Road or go to the 4-way stop intersection of Cornwallis & Pickett Roads and turn left. The main entrance is on the Pickett Road side but parking surrounds the building.

During 2007-2009, we completed extensive renovations, building new, adding on, and creating an altogether new facility which will serve us well into the future!

Read below for instruction on the “what’s” and “where’s”

Please seek out staff if you need information.

▸ You may park anywhere! On Sundays, all major doors

will be unlocked. During the week, you will find the main entrance off the Pickett Road side open.
▸ Nursery care is downstairs for Worship times. A beeper system is in place to contact parents from the nursery if needed.
▸ You may enter the downstairs from the double doors under the canopy. This also leads to the elevator and stairway up to the main hallway.

▸ Restrooms everywhere -- all handicap accessible. Downstairs, the ladies' room is down the hallway left of the main entrance and the men's room is to the right. There is a children's restroom between the two nursery classes.  Upstairs, the main restrooms are across from Trinity Hall, with additional ones located in the library and off the lounge (this one contains a baby changing station). Please note the dual flush system on the toilets.  Signs are posted – help us conserve water!
▸ Offices are located in the hallway across from Trinity Hall. The reception office is located across from the entrance to Creation Garden where the carpet and chairs are in the atrium. The information table is at this doorway.
▸ Mailboxes are in the reception office and the copy machines in the work room behind the reception office.
